SC-05/ RAPPEL IN EL PEÑON DE LAS CUMBRES. -4

The tour begins with the pickup at the designated point and we head towards Las Cumbres Panama, at the continental divide of the isthmus. Our transportation will leave us at the base of the hill El Peñón where we will begin our adventure.
The climb to the top is steep and just about vertical with slopes filled with vegetation, birds and volcanic rock almost to the very top. From the top we can appreciate an incredible 360 degree view of the countryside. This point is one of the highest in the region allowing us to see the Panama Canal, the Centennial Bridge, Cerro Azul, Lake Alajuela and many other points of interest.
 
But this is only the beginning, since the real adventure begins with the descent, rappelling against the steep and rugged north walls of El Peñón of Las Cumbres.
Panama Outdoors offers you the opportunity to experience all the adrenaline rush in descent by ropes against protruding rocks as one plummets into space.
 
We offer you the opportunity to practice rappelling at different points in the country, such as El Peñón of Las Cumbres, El Peñón Del Espavé, Campana, and the Bridge in Chagres Park, among others.
You will always be accompanied by the best guides and have access to the best equipment in order to have a 100% fruitful experience.
Wear comfortable clothing, that cover the must possible your body. Wear boots for hiking or sport shoes that cover all your foot. Bring clothing for change at the end of the tour, repellent, hat and sun block.
- If you are out side of Panamá and want to book, please pay 30 days or more, before the tour.
- If you are a resident or you are here in Panamá, please pay your tour a week or more, before your tour.
- If you tray to book with less time indicate here, we will try to serve you, but we can not guaranty the service.
